Through Operation Cleanup, city of Fresno residents are allowed to place items too large for regular trash collection at the curb. Call 311 or 559-621-2489.
If you live outside of Fresno, search our directory for your waste hauler. Those participating in Mattress Recycling Council’s program are designated.

When you buy a new mattress and are having it delivered, ask your retailer about taking your old one back.

Mattress Recycling Council (MRC) is a nonprofit organization created by the International Sleep Products Association (ISPA) to develop and implement statewide mattress recycling programs for states that have enacted mattress recycling laws. We currently provide resources, education and support for programs in California, Connecticut and Rhode Island.
